HARMONIC DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM
(Principle and methods of regulation)

�Taking as a basis the teaching of Pythagorean school and philosophy of G. W. F. Hegel, a harmonic development system has been worked out. The system is grounded on the conception of chaos-order relation tending to the limiting value (Gild section) expressed by the relative entropy measure. Using this concept a model of harmonic development is built, in which the principle of development is presented by the hierarchical structure of information expansion (cone of development), each level of development "tending" to the harmonic correlation of chaos and order. After reaching this state, the system moves by leaps to the next development level (qualitative transition) with the greater alphabet (element base) and information capacity. The model concerned was tested on the development of natural systems, technology, language, music, painting, and others. Rather adequate results were received in all models.

At present principles of regulation valeology are being worked out on the base of harmonic development. We are convinced that health must and can be adjusted. A system of harmonic cardiovascular control for psychophysiologic state of an individual has been created as a basis. It is shown that the relative entropy of frequency correlation of cardiac rhythm tends to "Gild section". Cardiointervals are taken off a lobule of the ear and are transmitted to the personal computer of IBM type. The system can be used as a simulator for cardiovascular control (relief from stress, arrhythmia, pain, etc.) and as a monitor-advising device to prevent emotional and physical overstrain, excessive tiredness, functional derangements.

Further progress is connected with the analysis of biorhythmic processes of the heart-brain system and creation of a complete system of harmonic development of a man.
